Level Pole; £48 for 4 weeks
We currently run levels 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 & 6 as 4 week classes at £48 per person. There are no more than 3 people per pole per class, and these classes are perfect for those who are new to pole dancing and require a structured course which builds your strength and technique.

It is advised that you allow 4 weeks between level courses to build your technique further. Classes are run once we have a minimum of 6 people interested.

Please note that classes are open to both men and women who wish to learn pole dancing, so some classes may be mixed.

Should a class fall on a bank holiday monday, the course will continue the following week.


Poleplay; £10
This 90 minute session is open to any level dancer, an oppertunity to practise, pick up tips from other students and build your strength between Level Class. An instructor will be there to advise, but this is not a structured class. This drop in session is £10 per person payable at the beginning of the class.
Poleplay runs every Tuesday at 8.30pm.


Pole Condition & Stretch; £10
Not for the faint hearted! This is our version of boot camp. Based around the pole, using techniques to build your core and all over body strength, to transfer into your pole dancing sessions. This is an all over body toning class of 45 minutes, followed by a 45 minute stretch class. If you want to get strong and flexi, this is the class for you! Drop in class, no need to pre-book. Currently running on Tuesdays at 7pm.

Pole Routines £10
Come and learn a choreographed routine section by section, then put it together to music. Great for working on linking moves and how to transition all of your moves learnt into your own routine. Great for cardio fitness too and huge amounts of fun! Not suitable for complete beginners, you must have completed level's 1 & 2 before attending this class. This class currently runs on a Monday evening at 7.30pm.


Improvers Pole and Stretch; £12
A roll on class from the Level 1 & 2 courses, aimed for beginners to strengthen and improve on moves learnt during the courses. Variations on moves will be taught, also included in this 90 minute session, is a 30 minute stretch to improve your flexibility. Bring extra clothes for the stretch element! This class does not have to be pre-paid, but must be pre-booked.

Private Lessons;
These are available at £30 per hour for up to two people. Or up to 4 for £15 per person. I.e. £45 for 3 or £60 for 4. Private lessons take place at The Coppid Beech Hotel in Bracknell. Contact us for details.
