Open classes run for an hour, they consist of a short aerobic warmup, a basic/intermediate routine and a cool down. The lessons are aimed at beginners - intermediate level. They are open to all fitness levels so don't feel intimidated. The basic routine will have spins and transition moves which enable you to put moves together... invaluable for your future routines! Private lessons run for one or two hours, they are ideal if you are nervous about attending a class with other girls or if you wish to have a more intense 1-2-1 session. Hen/pole parties are available for between 5-20 girls at a minimum cost of £25 per person. Over 10 it will change to a set price. Please contact for a quote.
